I bought a watch from Michael Kors a couple months ago. After a couple weeks it stopped keeping time. I got it fixed and then after a couple months it stopped working again. I called this store for help when none of the workers at Woodfield would answer the phones and after their terrible customer service hotline told me that I had to talk to a store. I talked to the manager at the time Lily who said she had to contact the store I bought it from and she would call me back. Well it took 3 hours and I called her. After I called her she apologized and sent me to Woodfield again. She did follow up with me after I talked to bolingbrook which was appreciated but I was not happy it took me calling to get an update. I definitely would advice against purchasing from this company. At least the watches.
