Although the selection of cool accessories brought me into the store, the management made me leave without buying a thing. This store is NOT designer-friendly. I have spent $2000+ at Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn & Z Gallerie over the past two days while shopping for finishing touches for two large projects. Would have spent at least $500 at this store with things I rounded up during my 15 min. visit, but management wouldn't give exceptions for 2 of the 6 items I wanted to buy because they were not returnable. Not cool, Kimmee! Way to drive away your designer business!!
